  • If you are the successful bidder for an item, the vendor of that item will be able to see your personal data, for example, your real name, address, telephone numbers, email address and location.
  • If you are a vendor of an item, the successful bidder for that item will be able to see your personal data, for example, your real name, address, telephone numbers, email address and location.
  • We have no control over how such members will use your data and we accept no liability for the same.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisements to that target audience.

Our site is a venue which is designed to enable sellers to list vehicles for sale and sellers to place bids for and purchase those vehicles.

We are not a seller of the goods listed for sale on our site. As such, we have no obligations in respect of items listed for sale and/or items purchased through our site.
